Detailed Introduction
Butterfly disc check valve is a valve that automatically opens and close valve discs depending on the flow of the medium itself, and it is also used to prevent the backflow of the medium. It is also called the check valve, check valve, counterflow valve and back pressure valve. Check valve is a kind of automatic valve, its main function is to prevent the reverse flow of the medium, prevent the reversal of the pump and drive motor, and the discharge of the container medium. The check valve can also be used to provide a supply line for the pressure in which the pressure may be raised above the system pressure auxiliary system. The check valves can be mainly divided into rotary check valves (center of gravity rotation), lifting check valves (moving along the axis), butterfly disc check valves (along the center).
Effect
The function of a butterfly check valve is to allow only the medium to flow in one direction, and to prevent the flow of direction. Usually, the valve is automatically operated. Under the action of a fluid pressure flowing in one direction, the valve flap opens. When the fluid flows backward, the flow pressure and the self closing valve of the disc are acting on the valve seat to cut off the flow.

Installation matters
The installation of the check valve should be paid attention to the following:
1. Do not bear the weight of the check valve in the pipeline. The large check valve should be supported independently so that it is not affected by the pressure produced by the pipe system.
2. When installing, the direction of the flow of the medium should be in accordance with the direction of the valve.
3. The lifting type vertical valve should be installed on the vertical pipe.
4. The lift horizontal valve check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe
Installation and use
1, the valves at both ends of the valve must be blocked, and there is a dry and ventilated room. Corrosion protection should be regularly checked for long-term storage.
2, before installation, the valve should be cleaned and the defects caused in the transportation process are eliminated.
3, the installation must carefully check the sign on the valve and whether the nameplate is in accordance with the requirements.
